Roof: Condition of materials, proper application, flashings, chimney, insulation, and attic space.
HVAC: Furnace, air conditioning, heaters, ventilation, condition of units.
Electrical: Service panel box, electric meter, electrical safety, outlets, fuses, breakers.
Plumbing: Service supply pipes, water heater, drains, vents, shut-off valves. water pressure, toilets, sinks, sump pumps, active leaks, proper flow and drainage.
Exterior: Siding condition, driveway, sidewalk, vegetation, sheds, garages, brick condition, outdoor outlets, stairs, deck, patio.
